"Lisa at Jim Spachman's office is a lifesaver!! My Dad, David was at DMV and had the wrong insurance card for another household car. I called Lisa who knew instantly what he needed and emailed the correct insurance card for the vehicle he was driving. Had it in about 2 minutes and Dad was able to do his driving test.
